Why is my email address not working as my login username?
For participants registered in 2019 or later, your username may be different than your email address.
Your username was either assigned by your group leader or you created your own.
If you created a participant account prior to 2019, in many cases your username is your email address.
You can update your username and other account details once you successfully log in.
